At Civica, I led a high performing PMO, mentoring analysts and resolving critical escalations that had stalled delivery.

I drove strategic dependency management across complex transformation programmes, orchestrating alignment like a midfield general controlling the flow of the game.

Framework & Process Innovation

At Flomatik Network Services, I designed and deployed a programme‑level delivery framework spanning 100+ projects.


I built dynamic Power BI dashboards and embedded governance structures that streamlined operations, turning delivery into a well drilled training ground with clear tactics and measurable outcomes.

Governance & Portfolio Maturity

At Water Plus, I introduced a Project Improvements Control Board and a priority matrix that elevated strategic alignment.

When stepping into PMO Manager responsibilities, I matured governance practices and ensured the portfolio played to its strengths,  like a team adapting its formation to dominate the pitch.

Mentorship & Capability Building

As a Skills Coach at QA Ltd, I mentored over 50 apprentices, and at Water Plus I supported a team member’s progression from PMO Administrator to Junior Project Manager.


I developed talent with the care and foresight of a club’s academy, building future stars ready to step up when it matters most.

At Interserve, I delivered complex business change initiatives, including a new audit solution for the BBC, managing budgets up to £750k.

I executed with the precision of a top‑flight manager delivering results under pressure, making sure every project met scope, budget and quality expectations.

Board Level Governance

As Finance Committee Chair and School Governor at St John Bosco Catholic Academy, I implemented an innovative RAID log adopted across multiple schools.

It strengthened strategic oversight and accountability, like introducing VAR to ensure decisions are transparent, consistent and fair.
